Coachrilla is a scheduling and client-management app for personal trainers. It is built to be private by design: your working data stays on your device.

1. Data stored on your device only

All of your working data — your schedule, sessions, client list, notes, prepaid balances and app settings — is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage. It is never uploaded, transmitted or synced to us or to any third party. The app works fully offline. We (the developer) have no access to this data and no servers that store it.

2. No accounts

Coachrilla does not require registration. There are no user accounts, logins or passwords, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number.

3. Contacts permission

If you choose to import clients from your phone's address book, the app asks for the Contacts permission. Contact data is read on your device only, used solely to create the client entries you select, and is never transmitted anywhere. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in system settings; the app remains fully usable — clients can be added manually.

4. Data collected for subscriptions

Coachrilla offers an optional paid subscription ("Coachrilla Premium"). Payments are processed by Google Play (on Android) or the Apple App Store (on iOS); we never see or store your payment card details.

To validate purchases and manage subscription status, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), a subscription-management service acting as our service provider. For this purpose the following data is transmitted from your device and processed by RevenueCat on our behalf:

Purchase history — subscription products, purchase and renewal state;
Device or other identifiers — a randomly generated anonymous app-user ID and basic device information.

This data is used only to provide subscription functionality (unlocking Premium features, restoring purchases). It is encrypted in transit, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties for advertising or any other purposes. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

5. No ads, no analytics, no tracking

Coachrilla contains no advertising, no ad SDKs, no analytics trackers and no social-media SDKs.

6. Backups

You can export a backup file of your data at any time from the app's Settings. The backup file is created on your device and shared only where you choose to send or store it. You are in full control of backup files; treat them as sensitive, since they contain your client data.

7. Data deletion

Local data: uninstalling the app (or clearing its storage in system settings) permanently deletes all locally stored data on that device.

Subscription data: you may request deletion of the purchase-related data held by our service provider (see section 4). Contact us (section 10) and include your Support ID, which you can copy in the app under Settings → Support ID. We will delete the associated customer record.

8. Children

Coachrilla is a professional business tool intended for adults (18+). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Material changes will be additionally noted in the app's update notes.
