Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Coachrilla app. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Coachrilla for managing your own training business. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it.

2. Your data stays yours — and on your device

Coachrilla stores your schedule, clients and settings locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You own this data. Because we keep no copies, you are responsible for making backups (Settings → Create backup). We cannot recover data that is lost with a device or deleted with the app.

3. Your clients' data

You are the one collecting and storing your clients' names and notes in the app. Use that data responsibly and in line with the laws that apply to you; obtain any consent your jurisdiction requires from your clients.

4. Free features

The core of Coachrilla — schedule, clients, balances and backups — is free. We reserve the right to change what the app offers, but features you rely on for day-to-day operations are intended to stay free.

5. Coachrilla Premium (auto-renewing subscription)

Premium unlocks the Statistics section and future premium features. It is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription.
Payment is charged through your Google Play or Apple App Store account at the price shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.
New subscribers may get a free trial (currently 7 days). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it anytime in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings — deleting the app does not cancel it.
Refunds are handled by the stores under their own policies.
Prices may change; you will always see the current price in the store dialog before being charged, and price changes for existing subscribers follow the stores' rules.

6. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the app, circumvent the subscription, or use it to store unlawful content.

7. No warranty

Coachrilla is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we make no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to zero). We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data — please keep backups.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
